Maintained reference
Trades, orders, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, card activity and derivatives often live in separate files. Download originals before combining or editing anything.
Custom account statements and raw transaction history are available. Coinbase Taxes covers Coinbase.com, but Coinbase Wallet and historic Coinbase Pro activity require separate records.
The Documents Center can generate Trades, Ledgers, Balances and Account Statements. A trades export alone does not contain every deposit, withdrawal, fee or balance change.
Spot trade history, wallet transactions and product-specific activity may require separate exports. Immediate spot-history exports cover up to six months and 10,000 rows; generated statements can cover up to one year.
Transaction history can be exported for a selected year or the full available history. Annual balance statements show portfolio value; older annual PDFs may require support.
Transaction Logs, Order History and Account Statements are different report types. P2P is not covered by the general export guide and the app does not provide the complete export function.
Order, trading and funding histories are separate. Full downloads can reach beyond the 90-day on-screen view; historical availability and account statements have different cutoffs.
The App and Exchange use different export flows. On the Exchange, wallet movements, deposits and withdrawals, orders and executed trades are separate categories.
Exchange Transaction History downloads as Excel rather than CSV. Staking Transaction History and monthly statements are available through separate menus.
Completeness workflow
Inventory spot, derivatives, earn, staking, card, P2P and subaccounts instead of relying on the first download button.
Export smaller date ranges where limits apply, then confirm that adjacent periods do not leave gaps or overlap.
Store untouched source files with generation date, account identifier and timezone before normalizing working copies.
Match deposits and withdrawals with wallets, banks and other exchanges; no single platform can show both sides of every transfer.

The eight directory entries and verification dates are available under CC BY 4.0. Attribute TaxCryptoGuide and link to this page. Product interfaces and availability vary by country, entity, account type and product. We describe only features supported by linked first-party documentation and do not rank or endorse exchanges.
Orders can be cancelled or partially filled. Tax records typically need executed trades and fees, while deposits, withdrawals, rewards and transfers can sit in separate ledgers.
Help-center URLs and interface paths change. Weekly automation checks whether each official page still resolves; substantive instructions remain subject to scheduled editorial review.
